I. Delivery Methods

1. Courier Delivery (SF Express)

• We entrust SF Express to provide delivery services, including home delivery, SF Express stations, and smart lockers, covering the entire Hong Kong region (including outlying islands).
• Shipping fees will be calculated based on SF Express’s standard rates. Free shipping via SF Express is offered for orders totaling HK$150 or more; for orders below this threshold, shipping fees will be collected via cash on delivery (COD).

2. In-Store Pickup

• You are welcome to choose in-store pickup (Kwun Tong/Lam Tin) to save on shipping costs and support environmental protection.
• Once your order is ready, we will notify you of the pickup time via email or phone call.

II. Delivery Timeframes

1. In-Stock Items

• Generally shipped within 1-2 business days after order confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
• Delivery time is approximately 1-2 business days after shipment (subject to SF Express’s delivery schedule).

2. Pre-Order/Out-of-Stock Items

• If products need to be sourced from suppliers, the shipping time is approximately 5-10 business days. We will follow up on your order as soon as possible after confirmation.

III. Important Reminders

• Holidays or Special Circumstances: During festivals (e.g., New Year, Christmas) or large-scale promotional periods, shipping time may be slightly delayed due to increased order volume. We will make every effort to accelerate processing—thank you for your patience and understanding.
• Force Majeure: In case of bad weather (e.g., typhoons, heavy rains) or unforeseen incidents causing logistics delays, we will follow government announcements and inform you of arrangements promptly. We sincerely appreciate your understanding.
